Career Organic

Brand Identity / Web Design / Social Media & Email Marketing / Advertising

Career Organic began as a one-woman career coaching business that quickly scaled into a team of coaches & resume writers, but like a lot of fast-growing businesses, the brand itself was cobbled together out of necessity. The visuals, messaging, and systems were all DIY, built for survival as the business scaled. It got them this far, but it wasn’t built to grow.

I came in to help bring everything up to speed: redesigned the website, clarified the offer strategy, launched new digital products, & built a real marketing funnel to support it all. The goal was simple—create a brand experience that matched the service they’d already mastered.

  • Marketing Project Manager & Art Director

  • Career Organic

  • Brand Refresh, Website UX/UI, Content Strategy, Product Launch, Email Marketing, Social Content Design

  • Spoiler: It worked.

➕ 67% increase in site traffic
➕ 58% jump in digital sales
    ➕ 346% social growth in 8 months.

& We made the offers make sense. Finally.

real people. real advice. real careers.

real people. real advice. real careers. 〰️

We took something trusted locally & made it make sense globally.

Career Organic already had the proof: life-changing results, loyal clients, and a reputation that spread through word of mouth. But to grow, they needed a platform that could communicate that value without a conversation.

We split the services by career level, built intuitive shopping flows, and turned the coaching experience into something clients could navigate, and buy into, on their own.

By productizing the offer and digitizing the journey, we made the brand more accessible, more scalable, and a whole lot easier to trust at first glance.
