Snitch Magazine

Brand Identity / Editorial / Photography / Print & Collateral

Snitch is an independent magazine I co-created with a small group of Atlanta creatives to shine a light on the people shaping our city’s creative undercurrent.

Each issue explores a different discipline (mine focused on fabrication for Film & TV). I wanted to show just how accessible & expansive this work can be, and tell a few stories that usually stay behind the curtain. Because sometimes the best way to celebrate a craft... is to snitch.

  • So… why is this weed-themed?

Great question. It’s not about weed—it’s about fabrication.

I featured Cinema Greens, an Atlanta-based company that builds the unbuildable for movie sets. Their top-selling product? Hyper-realistic marijuana plants.

Naturally, I had to snitch. It was too good.

A collection of images and color swatches on a textured wall, including a black and white photo of gardening tools and hanging plants, colorful artwork of a cannabis leaf, a close-up of a cannabis bud, and a green color sample labeled 'Titanite'.

for creatives, by creatives.

for creatives, by creatives. 〰️

Designing like a snitch: curious, nosy, and wildly invested.

A woman with long wavy hair holding a ripe avocado up to her eye, standing in a room with plants and wooden furniture.
Large boxes and packages, some labeled 'Cinema Greens,' stacked in a warehouse or storage area with curtains and metal ceiling supports.

We were our own target audience—curious, open-minded creatives who wanted more than surface-level inspiration. That’s what drove the tone, the format, and the design decisions across the issues.

Our mantra, “for creatives, by creatives,” wasn’t just a tagline, it guided everything from our editorial voice to our design choices. The vibe was casual, candid, and welcoming. We weren’t experts, we were fellow explorers, getting our hands dirty and learning in public. We wanted readers to feel like they were discovering a new medium alongside us. No intimidation, no posturing. Just a calm message “don’t be scared, we have no idea what we’re doin’ either.”

Page from a magazine or booklet with text and illustrations. The page features a large number '17' in purple, surrounded by cannabis leaf illustrations, a cartoon character with sunglasses, and various sections of text in different colors including green and purple.
An open magazine featuring a black and white photo of a woman with her face partially covered by a white banner that reads 'SNITCH'. The left page has a brick wall background with red line art edits, and the right page has purple background with orange and white text about Snitch Magazine, including a signature at the bottom.
Open magazine featuring a photo of marijuana plants arranged in the shape of the word 'NO' on a wooden table. There's also handwritten text 'WHAT THE' and a small text box about making artificial marijuana plants. A tape measure and some paper are partially visible on the table.
Open magazine spread showing the process of crafting an artificial nug, including images of hands with gloves handling cannabis plants and materials, with step-by-step instructions numbered 1 to 4.
An open magazine featuring a black and white portrait of a young woman with water on her face and shoulder on the left page, and colorful text and graphics about career coaching on the right page, against a yellow background.
Line drawing of a woman with curly hair and earrings, holding her hair back with both hands, against a purple background.
Open magazine with a black-and-white photo of a man with a beard wearing a beanie, working on a craft project, likely related to mold making, on the second page. The opposite page contains text about rubber casting, with pink and gray graphics.
Open magazine with a colorful abstract pattern on the right page and the word 'SNITCH' along with the website 'snitchmagazine.com' on the left page, against a pink background.
